INTRODUCING THE NEW VOLVO FH16
The headlight shape is reinforced by a black bezel to distinguish the FH16 from the other Volvo FH models.
A satin silver finish grille with its own FH16 motif, and bright chrome around the fold down steps.
The satin finish on the door handles also gives the FH16 its own distinct personality.
The rear side window emphasises the agile appearance of the cabin.
Chromed details add to the exclusive look and feel of the Volvo FH16. Mirror arms and the grille are finished in satin silver.
750 Hp is enough to put on quite a show. 750 horsepower. 3,550 Nm of torque. Powerful at low revs. Fuel efficient.
But the idea of 750 Hp is not to show off. The idea is to increase productivity.
The horsepower and torque are there to better manage mountain and valley roads, with even heavier cargo. Heavier cargo reduces emissions per tonne-kilometre – a winning for both the environment and the transport operator.
Greater power at low revs brings a gentler, calmer drive, which is less wearing for the driver. And a sharp driver does a better job.
The 750 is quite simply a production machine that increases viability. Don’t forget that when you feel looks of envy as you pull in at the truck stop.
The steering wheel is upholstered in black leather with contrast stitching. The black leather upholstery is repeated on the entry handle.
The driver seat has its own form and upholstery. The upholstery comes in various designs in both leather and fabric and is specially designed, just like all the Volvo FH16 textiles.
